We are moving back to Cloverdale Fairgrounds in Surrey, BC.

Event: Saturday June 20th, 2026

Pre-Registration: Due by Wednesday May 20th (this is mandatory with a 50% down payment.)

Fleece Drop-Off Week: May 30- June 5th, in Langley by appointment only

Judging: Saturday June 6th

all examined for quality, judged and ranked by trained assessors.

 Awards Ceremony and Trophy display.

To streamline your day at the sale, you can pre-register for a bidder number and catalogue by downloading the Bidder Registration Form.  Fill in the form (leaving the Bidder Number space empty) and when completed, e-mail it to SheepProducers@gmail.com. You can pick up your Bidder card on the day of the sale by showing your photo ID at the auction desk.  (You can also register for a bidder number at the show if you prefer.)
