We are proud to offer
Locally raised top quality fleeces from Primitive, Fine, Long-Wool,
and Down breeds, all examined for quality, judged and ranked by trained assessors.
Fleeces with the highest placements and scores are recognized in our
Awards Ceremony and Trophy display.
Judging takes place two weeks prior to the event.
It’s a must-see event for those interested in learning more about all things woolly!

Learn about all the different breeds of sheep;
Find out how a sheep fleece is judged;
Meet the Sheep Breeders, Producers and Fibre Artists;
Watch Fibre Arts demos including:
washing, carding, dyeing, felting, spinning,
weaving, knitting, going from sheep-to-shawl,

To streamline your day at the sale, you can pre-register for a bidder number and catalogue by downloading the Bidder Registration Form here. Fill in the form (leaving the Bidder Number space empty) and when completed, e-mail it to sheepproducers@gmail.com You can pick up your Bidder card on the day of the sale by showing your photo ID at the auction desk. (You can also register for a bidder number at the show if you prefer.)
